Questions\Concerns on a Trello card

I am new here on the BD forum and Trello but I recently found this: https://trello.com/c/ODfh32ln/79-make-epic-spells-spells-instead-of-feats
I searched the forums for any conversation on this and could find just one request, I can't remember exactly where it is though.
What my question on this is; How would this effect druid shifted forms? ie Dragon shape, Elementals,etc..
When shifted they can only cast Epic spells and not regular spells.
So they won't be able to cast them any more? :( ...Hopefully this has been taken into account?

    Thanks for your concern. I've added it to the card (it's still on the Input board, so when/if it's transferred to the Roadmap board, the concern will be taken into account).
