Creating a Final Save using EEKeeper

I've played BG1 many times, two of which were nearly to completion, before starting over after thinking of a new character idea or mod to use. Recently, I quit a sorcerer solo run with Spell Revisions and SCS after realizing that sorcerers are severely nerfed by the diversity of good spells. I've grown sick of BG1, especially the early game, and have decided to move on to BG2 for now.
I considered just importing a character file into BG2EE with stats manually changed to reflect the tomes from BG1 but it seems that there might be flags that I need to take into account as well (i.e. whether I killed Drizzt). Is it possible to create a perfectly legitimate final save for BG1EE using EEKeeper?

Ganon, I don't think there's any flag set in BG1 that would export to BG2. Others will confirm, but I think that only the creature file is exported (your character). It's also why, in the example of Drizzt you get all options when you meet him in BG2, even if you previously "killed" him.
