Received Unicorn Run in Quest Does it Matter?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
I turned in the A book for Firebead quest with Imoen and received Unicorn Run instead of Dead Three. I searched it up and it is not just me and is apparently a special feature. As I am aware that everything can be found online, does it matter in the game? Does my character need to physically read the Dead Three to unlock certain choices?

    No, it doesn't have any real impact. All the books (outside the obviously magical tomes) are just lore fluff.

    The Unicorn Run does have a small quest attached to it up in the city of BG.

    True, but I didn't mention it as the book is not unique and can be bought for a couple gold pieces.

    The Dead Three is a nice book to read as its text is related to Bhaal. But there's no impact on gameplay.

    The Dead Three from Firebead is a nice foreshadowing, though. I wonder how knowledgable he really is about the charname's background. I never got Unicorn Run from him, but I haven't played the latest ee version.
