Casting Wish with 3 Wisdom generates a text error and always grants best options

6/6 casts with 3 wisdom and this was always the result. Any ideas?

I can now proceed to solo Ascension with a project image, since i can chain-spam 2xduration alacrity/TS and refresh spells ad infinitum.
