2.5 full changelog?

Now that 2.5 has been finally released (at least on GOG) I was wondering if a full changelog is available for Icewind Dale, BG EE and BG2 EE?

If not, when such changelog will be available?

    BG:EE - there's no full changelog, as there's no final patch for BG:EE yet.

    Please note that the lists do not cover the general Infinity Engine tickets, these will be published when the 2.5 patch series is completed.
