Baldur's Gate II download issue

Hi all

I am struggling to download the game which takes about GB of space.
I have a tablet with which I managed to download Baldur's Gate 1 without any issues. While finishing first part of the game, I decided to purchase second one. The tablet does have sufficient space to download but every time it get really close to finishing the download, error (-3) appear which prevents it from fully downloading it.

Also, I have recently purchased Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus (128GB the the storage is technically empty) on which again I tried to download Baldur's Gate 2 but yet error 974 appeared on my screen. (I might be wrong with that number, if that makes the difference let me know I can re download it and get correct number)

Can someone explain what is happening and how can I fix it? I really don't know if that is related to my account of the error within the game?
