intel chipset spell slows game a working solution for me.

When i cast some fire ball or web or spell like that it give me very big frame drop. i found a solution worked well for me. i opened intel control panel. and changed 3d settings from performance to private settings. and change texture quality to "balanced" from preformance and all other settings is "use app. settings". and all my problem solved.

@Raduziel, @gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar, here is something else to put onto the testing block for your slow game.

@Gusinda Thanks, but that didn't solve it. Looks like they are two different problems: constant low frame rate and low FR under specific circumstances.

Actually, my configs were already as specified on the post from @Hwesta
