Is it possible to change the default save location?

The Enhanced Edition games by default save your savegames in the C:/Users//Documents//Save folder. Is it possible to change this location?

The reason I'm asking is that a couple of users over at the GOG forums are having problems with loading savegames in PST:EE. Both are on Korean Windows 10 and I suspect it is a compatibility problem between Korean Windows and Torment.

Hi! For players with Korean locale it's recommended to create an Admin account with all-English letters in the path. I'm not ready to reply about the first part of your question now.

Also, the issue with saves on Win 10 might happen because of https://forums.beamdog.com/discussion/comment/946094/#Comment_946094 - there's a solution for that.
