PST: EE is way slowed down.

I'm playing on a Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 and it plays slower than molasses. I've played BG:EE on the same device and it ran fine. Any suggestions? Or is this tablet just not strong enough.. To be more specific, the game plays in slow motion. Inventory screens and all that are smooth, but the gameplay itself is hard to manage.
