I own BG1 and SoD. Beamdog Client will only let me download beta, not stable BG1EE

in Beamdog Client
... so I click the "buy" link in the client and I am taken to a page on beamdog.com (I am logged into my account on the site) where it says I need BG1EE to play the beta. Fine, so I go to my games and I am given the "add to cart for $19.99" option.

If I need the base BG1EE to use the beta, why cant I download the base without paying for it again?

I am on Linux Mint 18.3, which I recently had to reinstall. Everything was working just great before this beta thing. Ugh!

    I am not very familiar with the client, but I would try contacting support to see if they can help you.
