Dorn Dialogue Bug

Hi it seems like i somehow bugged Dorn in the Bandit Camp. He constantly tries to talk to my main char but never opens a dialogue and every time i move them they stop and stare at each other. Is there a solution to this problem?

I had a similar issue crop up today, albeit much later in the game.

The solution on that thread about 4 posts down within fixed it for me, so you may want to check it out!
