Teleria does not show up at the NW clearing

I talked to Teleria, he told me to meet him in the NW clearing, the stone golem is there...but Teleria is not...whats going on?

Edit : I think theres a trigger nearby that is supposed to cause Teleria to teleport in but if your party moves too fast, they may move over the trigger without triggering it.
