Clara missing from Copper Coronet

Hello! I was making an evil leaning party this time around and when i got to the copper coronet, Clara was not to be found. I looked behind the staircase and everywhere ... but no Clara. Not sure what has happened or if i need to trigger another event first. I am right in the very beginning of Chapter 2. Help!

I was going to attach my save game file... but don't see an "Attach file" button... :(

    I didn't confirm my account, thus the attach file button was missing. Here is my save game. Would love some help!

    If I can use EEKeeper to edit something in order to fix this, I'm happy to try it. Just need some insight...

    Hmm, when I load your game Hexxat (Clara) spawns just fine:



    Since the zip you uploaded uses the bg2save extension I assume you are playing on a mobile device. The only thing I can think of that would prevent Clara from spawning would be that you haven't bought the Hexxat DLC.

    If you have access to the console, and you are sure you should have Hexxat in your game, you could try using the following command; as I don't think EEKeeper can spawn an NPC:

    C:CreateCreature("ohhfak8")

    Thanks for the help.

    That is very strange. She is 100% not there when I go to the same location. I have BG2:EE for iOS. I am under the impression Hexxat is included in that build.

    From what I've read, it seems I can't use the console in iOS. Any other ideas?

    As mentioned by @Bubb she is DLC for any tablet purchase. Have you purchased the Hexxat DLC?

    Thanks to Bubb and Gate70 for their help. I had purchased all the DLC but the characters weren't showing up (DOrn wasn't either). "Restore Purchases" wasn't working either...

    I tried using my iphone and restore purchases worked on the iphone (unclear if maybe i had purhcased the DLC on iphone instead of ipad). Sent the savegame from phone to pad... and voila!
