Cannot exit the genie place. (Irenicus Dungeon)

Hi.
I cannot leave the area back to the first part of irenicus' dunggeon. I click on the door and the gear like icon appears on the mouse pointer but nothing happens.
Any help would be appreaciated.

can you post a screenshot of this?

also worse case scenario you can use this cheat in the cheat console:

C:MoveToArea("AR0602")

and the icon for moving to another area doesnt appear when you place it over that wooden strip?

Yes but it doesnt show on the screen shot. I used the code to get out. But i to use the portal inside the dungeon i have to click it aobut 10 seconds. really weird. at the moment door are not stable for me.
The game is unmodded. I used steam to try to repair the game but no luck.

did you try uninstalling your game ( ONLY keeping save files ) and deleting everything else and then reinstalling?

oops. i fouınd a work around. I disabled "Hardware mouse cursor" in the graphics setting and it is ok. thx.
