Cats were once worshipped in Egypt as Gods. They have never forgotten this.
They are deeply ingrained into our family structure and easily develop trauma when seperated from their humans even for short amounts of time.
Seperation anxiety in kitties is a really big problem that gets ignored by a lot of owners due to bad stereotyping.
