Berserker Enrage Bug?

When I use the Enrage ability, my character becomes fatigued. However when I try to use it again in this fatigued state, it doesn't work. I don't get the icon or any benefits.

Is this a bug? Seems like getting multiple uses per day is pretty pointless.

    It's not mentioned, but the fatigued state only lasts for 5 rounds, during which you cannot reactivate the ability.
    It is not proper "Fatigue", but just a couple of direct stat penalties, so it should probably use a different portrait Icon to distinguish itself.

    does this happen as soon as you use rage or after the rage is done?
