Iwdee grandmastery apr question

in Icewind Dale: Enhanced Edition
Hi,

I really rare to play iwdee with vanilla or berserker fighter, and i forgot in iwdee the grandmastery adds +0.5 apr as un bgee or a whole +1 apr on the top of the specialization ?

    In IWD, and IWD:EE, it adds a whole +1 APR.
