Belt of the Skillful Blade in BG2:EE

I've imported a swashbuckler character from Siege of Dragonspear into Shadows of Amn, wearing the Belt of the Skillful Blade. I reached Ust Natha in the Underdark and none of the three merchants have it. Isn't it supposed to be there? Thanks.

    This item is indeed from the list of tranferable items.

    Open EE Keeper or use the console command and set the global variable

    BD_HAVE_SOD to value 1

    This will tell your game that you imported from SOD and will make following codes work. You need to grab Variable and set it to 1 to work. This CAN be done after you started the game.
