Is there a mod to change Tazok's Model to his Vanilla Baldur's Gate 2 Model?

As the title says, i heard they fixed Tazok's avatar to be a generic half-ogre in both games, but i really liked his appearance in the old version of Baldur's Gate 2 and would like to change his appearance in both games, first i ask if there is such a mod already for the enhanced edition?

my mod turn tazok in BG2 as a half ogre again. So it makes things more consistent.

Well that is fine for people who prefer that, however i asked for the opposite to make the orog model default in both games.

if you have EE keeper, you can change the appearance of the creature to "orog chieften" than voila
