Have they stayed faithful to the original item positions? I hope not, i really enjoy searching everywhere and opening every cupboard to see what i can find. I kinda remember the positions of most stuff.

    I believe it is intact, but being the enhanced version, you may still want to open up every cupboard anyway as you never know what new item can be stored in there.
