issue: can't start neverwinter in Samsung DEX mode

using a Samsung note 9 the app works fine when I start it normally.

however,i would love to play with mouse and the app is not compatible with Samsung DEX.

in most other apps this is caused by no multi window support.

Baldurs gate does work In DEX,and play amazing on big screen.

I have attempted to start it a second time after reinstall en restarting my phone in dex. same issue.
