Do we need to Bug Fix before fresh start?

hi, everyone,

I am sorry if I open up discussion on wrong place!!

I and my 2 buddies will start BG 1EE and after than BG2EE...

I have questions:
1-what is the order to play? BG 1EE BG Dragon Spear BG 2EE???
2-do we need to fix the game? as I know tons of bugs such as even if u complete quests still quest log cant be updated ect...

    Seige of Dragonspear is BG1 and Seige. The you start BG2 separately. You could also play BG1 then Seige then BG2 is you have seperate older game versions for some reason. The story-line flows from BG1 to Seige to BG2.

    If you buy from Beamdog, there is a patch option which will update you to the current version. Others can comment on other sources, e.g. Steam.

    The EEs and SoD are pretty stable.
