Issue getting Steam key for NWN:EE

Forgive me in advance if this issue has been addressed. I purchased the NWN:EE when it first came out from Beamdog, before it was released to Steam. Accordingly, with the purchase, I was told a steam key would be included. Since then, I've tried to get the steam key, with no success. I've followed the instructions, but when I go to the home page of Beamdog and log in, all I get is a long list of all of their games. I've gone to the CS, and been in contact with them, but I don't think they fully understand the issue, or what I am facing. Has anyone else had this happen? I just want to get my steam key here!
