Infra vision Mod

I thought I saw a mod that applies penalties at night for characters without infra vision. Does anybody know where it is?

    I think you're talking about one of the components in my mod METweaks. :) You can either give all creatures without infravision a -4 THAC0 penalty at night, reduced vision range at night, or both.
