Beamdog Client Reports Server Error 500 While Loading Game Information

The Beamdog client reports "Server Error 500" while loading game information. I'm not able to download any game from Beamdog. Contacting Support fails with "http error 500", which means "Internal Server Error".

    The problem is fixed now. I've downloaded BG:EE successfully.
