BG:EE - Issue with fatigue

I've got issue with fatigue in BG1EE - no matter how long my team is traveling only two of six party members get fatigued, has anybody experienced this? Is there way to fix this? Issue occurs only in my main game, when i started fresh one fatigue i didn't had this problem.
