Game crashes / freezes when entering Temple District and first Neera encounter

Hey,
I just run into a problem in which the game always crashes at two points:
(a) when entering the Temple District (even when teleporting using the debug mode)
(b) when Neera is supposed to teleportate in the Bridge Disctrict.
I have this problem with all new games I started lately (with 2 different main chars). Save games from runs some years ago are working fine.
Also I tried deinstalling - reinstalling the game. I am using the Steam game.
Attached is a save game in which these problems occur.
I would really appreciate help!

See https://support.baldursgate.com/issues/39884#note-5 . The problem is that certain assets have been added to the save file (possibly because you used an unofficial translation before, or a mod, - but overall this is a bug which will be fixed by the next patch). I opened the save in NearInfinity and deleted all the CRE, WAV, and PVRZ assets from it, then saved again.
It's now working for me, so it should be working for you.
unfortunately, I experience the same problems again
I cannot enter temple district and trademeet. I tried the steps described in your linked ticket (deleting all cre-files in lang/de_DE and verifying game files through steam), however it didn't change anything.
Could you please repair this savegame file for me again, so I can proceed with the game? [Or advise me how to fix these bugs myself in case I'll face these problems again]
Thank you!
Never mind. I just fixed it myself by using NearInfinity
