Toolset crash upon entering module

Hello,

I reinstalled the game, anytime I try to create a module, enter my mod, or enter a demo one, the toolset crashes without any feedback, reinstalled again, same problem.

Used driver dating March 5, 2019, works fine with the new toolset too.
