Invoker wand saving throw penalty works ?

The question is if i use fire wand with Dynaheir, the invoker specialization works with that wand or not ? Or the sleeping wand with Xan?

Lightning - Invoker

Polymorphing - Transmuter (BGEE/SOD), (None - BG2EE)
Summoning - Conjurer (not that is has a save)
Heavens - Invoker (Dual-classed)
Wonder - (None - Haste, Petrify, Strength, Stoneskin)
Wonder - (As per the spell - Fireball, Web, Stinking Cloud, Lightning Bolt)
Cloudkill - Invoker
Apprenti - (As per the spell - Fireball, Cone of Cold, Lightning Bolt)
Spell Striking - (None - BGEE/SOD), Abjurer (BG2EE) (not that is has a save)
Cursing - (None)

I once made a Conjurer because I thought that would help me with summoning Elementals. But the odds of winning that mental battle were unaffected. I was seriously annoyed at that.

So in bgee, both enchanter and invoker are so strong with wands too.
