Hard Crashes

Hello;
I opened a Ticket #40358 at redmine.beamdog.com per the request of the pop-up box that took over my screen. This was on 3/29/19, since this time I've had at least 5 more hard crashes. I went to check on my ticket, and it is still listed as "new" and has yet to be looked at!! I opened a new ticket #40540 today, and added all the files for all the crashes since 3/29/19. I'm hopeful that someday someone will look at all this important info that you yourselves requested from me via that silly pop-up box that just will not go away!!!! What the heck's up with that box??? I have to close the dang thing via Task Manager!! I mean, come on guys!! Why put a pop-up on my screen that I can't easily remove, if your not even going to look at the ticket you force me to open?!!??
