Missing the Flaming Fist Guard at the Ducal Palace

in Troubleshooting
So 1) All the Flaming Fists have been attacking me on sight since I saved Duke Eltan, and 2) The guard (Bill?) isn't at the gate of the Ducal Palace for me to give an invitation to.

Honestly, I just thought I'd done some quests in the wrong order until I saw that I wasn't the only one with these issues. I'm STILL not entirely sure I didn't do some quests in the wrong order. :D

    UPDATE: I resolved by starting a new game and then reloading this game...sorry for troubling y'all. :s

    That is an odd way for something to get fixed, but I am glad it worked out for you.
