Unfinished Business

I heard that there was a mod named "Unfinished Business". Now is this a mod by itself or part of a different mod? If it is by itself how can I download it because I didnt see it on Gibberlings 3

Things to keep in mind is that much some of it overlaps with BG1 NPC project and also some of it's already built-in into BG1:EE.

It was made by the Pocket Plane group, I believe. I found the link to the mod by going through the Wiki page on it, although atm the PP website appears to be down.
