Creating a DnD isque game

So let's get to it this is a simple question...
If you got a chance to create a DnD game the same or similar to games such as bg, iwd, Neverwinter, what would you change and why?
Mine:
Oh, im about to be hated a lot here but...classes, class system and magic!
This has always been one of my least liked things about the game, especially when it game to classes like mage, sorcerer, druid, and cleric...well note especially druid and cleric... They over lap a bit too much for my taste. Well with most classes the only difference feels like it's just a few tweaks here and there and not actually a real playstyle change and where there is a major class that does bring a major change at times it feels underwhelming... Coughshapeshiftercough...
While things like overlapping spells isn't something I'm against, I would just prefer to see a class majority of spell been it's own centric uniqueness time it's class.
