Is there a Mislead and other similar high level scrolls to be found somewhere in Siege of Dragonspear?

If so, where?

    Nope, scrolls from level 1 to level 5

    Dang that's disappointing. What's the point of letting you reach level 11 as a Mage.

    That is the point of stopping at level 11, because Mages start getting access to level 6 spells at level 12.

    Thank you @kjeron I forget that 2e was a little more inconsistent on when spell levels were gained.
