random planetar help during mendas fight

from what mod does this guy come from?

he summons himself at the start of the fight and immediately whack the other werewolf

i have no idea if it is a intended feature from a mod or maybe a weird bug

    It must be from a mod. What mods are you running in your game?

    I haven't done that quest, but planetars have no place in BG1. I'm throwing my vote in for mod too.

    it is probably a bug, i uninstalled a mod a long time ago without restarting the game, i managed to fix most of what was broken(wrong shield sprites and wrong names of creatures)

    i only making this post because the creature who appeared was a planetar, aren't they known for helping mortals in need? i guess it would be perfect if said planetar was not a fallen one

    if i recall, i remember seeing that sprite when you have dorn on your team and you meet up with buddy buddy at the back of the bridge before you enter BG the city

    i was assuming it was some sort of fallen angel dude and i remember fighting 2 of them there, so either you have a left over of some mod, or you have a strange bug going on

    although either way, i dont think its a planetar unless its a fallen one

    it is indeed a fallen planetar, i know this because i had to fix his name, and his resource id was PLANEVIL
