Will digital downloads be available for the console editions?

I'm looking to get the upcoming console versions on xbox, but in the xbox store it says the game is currently unavailable, with only a "redeem code" option. I do not purchase physical games anymore, so will these games be available for digital download upon release or are they physical releases only? I remember the original ad for the games said all the games would be available for digital download.

Also, where does one acquire the aforementioned code it asks for on the store page?

    Digital versions will be available once the games launch. There is no pre-order option for the digital version.
