PS4 Icewind Dale EE Mystery of the Dead Bug

On PS4 Icewind Dale, when you give the Necromancer 3 broken armors and Mystery of the Dead +3 the dialog window will not close.
The game does not freeze or crash, but the continue button does not work and the dialogue window will not close so the game is effectively stuck.
I have posted a screenshot of this on the PS4 community Dungeons & Dragons 2nd Edition.
