Things Beamdog gets right.

As a holiday present to Beamdog, and as a gesture of repentance (I've been a bit of a thorn lately), I'd like to start this thread about what Beamdog gets right.
Constructive or negative criticism is off topic and not for this thread. Criticism of other's posts is off topic and not for this thread. It is purely for genuine appreciation of the work Beamdog has done. It isn't meant to be sycophantic, just a place free of nitpicking. So please no posts about this being like that. That's not what this is about at all. It's a gesture from somebody (me) who has been mostly negative as of late, and I need to have some positivity.
So I'll start. Planescape: Torment is one of my favorite RPGs of all time. I'm grateful Beamdog made an enhanced edition for PC because the old version was a bit dated. They didn't change a thing content-wise, just made it a better game for modern PCs, not just compatible. I had this sitting on GoG and just never got around to it. Then the EE came out, and I enjoyed this masterpiece like it was 1999 but with 1080p monitors.
Neverwinter Nights is just not a game I could ever get into--until now. Because Beamdog resurrected the game, Ossian Studios updated Darkness over Daggerford, and I got an old school D&D cRPG with plenty of voice acting, a feature I really appreciated this year with my vision issues. I'm looking forward to playing Tyrants of the Moonsea this next year since it too has lots of voice acting.
Thanks Beamdog for all you do!

Ohh well...
I do like the tactical challenges in SoD, and the general fixes they made on the engine. Beamdog also honored the legacy of Minsc, Dynaheir, Jaheira and Khalid in SoD well in terms of their characters.
Oh, the Shaman kit was also really well done. I know a lot of people dislike the class, but the sheer flexibility it has while not being utterly overpowered is impressive. It’s like a druidic mix between a sorcerer and bard, and it’s amazing.
Who is tied for the worst out of all the companions'.
Hexxat and Rassad are alright too, and there maps are interesting/cool as well, just not as well done as the previous two in my opinion.
