Cannot open the Toolset

Hello, I installed the latest version of NWN, but cannot open the toolset, with a clean install


Win7 64bits

Latest Nvidia driver (442.19)
Tried compatibility mode, as administrator..
And Tools > Options > uncheck Use envir. Mapping...

I get to the wizard window, but upon entering any module it freezes and crash.
