Are there any ways to transfer saves or just characters from Nintendo Switch to PC?

    No, there is no official cross-platform save transfer.

    ps There's cross-platform saves switch-pc for Witcher 3. Any plans for BG/Icewind Dale?

    Same for characters/character files.

    The Witcher 3 and D:OS 2, 2 games which offer such support, are created by much bigger companies (who also got help from Valve and Nintendo). We don't have the same resources to be able to introduce a cross-platform save transfer.
