Border on hotbar weapon turns from green to yellow?

Hi folks,
When i click twice on my hotbar weapon, the border changes from green to yellow. Why is that?

    The yellow border means you have selected the weapon for "Forced-Attack" mode. Changes the cursor into a sword, you can click on anyone to attack them.
