I always have this problem. My android version is android 9 or pie. I'm not sure if it's an error or a bug but when i launch the game, it is not full screen; however, it can be played in full screen if I'm using a tablet.
My phone is ROG 2. I have Icewind dale and planescape and planning to buy more of bramdogs game,but having this error I'm not sure anymore. I just don't see a point to play these games on my almost 7 inches screen not in full screen compared to using a tablet with more than 7 inches bigger.

Please anyone help. I already sent an email to the support team, still no word.

    This is a known problem, indeed. We will try to address it, but no ETA can be given at this time.
