Neverwinter Nights on Xbox - no pause issue

When I hit View button on xbox controller the game supossed to pause but in my case it doesn't. I only have cursor appearing and game is still on real time mode. Does anyone have a problem like this on xbox? Is there a way to fixy it? I reinstaled the game but with no effect.
