[Quest Bug] Magreb and Rilsa

In the Adoy's Enclave area, if you enter the cave before talking to Magred (possibly because you choose to let the goblin lead you to the cave), then the body in the cave won't be showing any text telling you it's related to a quest when you check it and you will be only seeing some lootable items from the body, making you think it's nothing special. And after you return to the outside and talk to Magred, you also won't be getting the Magreb and Rilsa quest in your journal.

Only after talking to Magreb can you see the options to bury the body or leave the body alone when you check it. Also, the quest finally shows up in the journal after you finish the task.

That's something I think is a bug. If I didn't check the comment section of the wiki, I probably would not know how to complete the quest.

    Any chance to find out global variable for the quest? With possible outcomes - Values?

    I can not find Rilsas ring. Is this a known bug? Anyone else experienced this? I didn't talk to Magreb befrore entering the cave. I found him after finishing the Neera quest and now I can neither find the ring nor bury the body....

    The way this is scripted:

    - Rilsa exists, as a creature with 0 HP. She dies as soon as you enter the cave, leaving her gear on the ground. This does not include the ring.
    - There is a trigger region on the ground where Rilsa dies. If you click that, you will be prompted to either bury her or not. Either way, you get the ring.
