Bard Hat not working

Hello guys, I've been playing Siege of Dragonspear lately and I got a Bard Hat item. But strangely, it does not work as it should - I think. Even tho my bard has it equiped his song ends immediately after one round when he stops singing and does not linger.

It seems similar to the problem this person had some time ago, altho it occurs on my bard (pure bard) as well as Voghlin

Is it possible that the item may be in conflict with the Rogue Rebalancing mod? Does anyone have the same issue?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you :)

Edit: Yes, it seems like the bard hat truly conflicts with the RR mod. Such a shame... anyways, case closed :D
