There is a dedicated forum section to talk about bg3, probably it is better to move there the thread, it can be found in the others category, also because bg3 is developed by a different developer and does not seem to match well with the other baldur's gate games.
if we can start our adventure in bg, then import the character in sod then end in bg2, soa and tob, a saga that somehow has a sort of continuity i doubt that bg3 will share the characteristic, that we will be able to take our tob character and continue his adventure there.
as it is a standalone game and not a part of this saga is probably better to deal with it in the dedicated forum section and not here.
