Draconis's dragon form somehow breath acid. But his dragon form is a green dragon. Aren't green dragons supposed to breath poison? It seems to me that either the color of the dragon or his breath type needs to be fixed.
Draconis is listed as having the animation "DRAGON_BROWN". He's not a green dragon.
Note that there is a green dragon in ToB; the "Dragon" in the final seal level of Watcher's Keep. This isn't a choice from lack of options, but rather something intentional.

@Ian579 He's a brown dragon, not green (it's also written in the wiki you linked) - because of "DRAGON_BROWN". And brown dragons, just as black dragons, breathe acid.
agreed, he seems to have the same color of the green dragon in WK, not the brown dragon color, and if is coded to be a brown dragon the color should match its nature.
we can know that is a brown dragon in disguise only by using other sources then the game, like the wiki or a modding tool, for those that don't like to do it its color is misleading.
it seems that there is a consistency in the color the dragons have in the game, the only exception is this afaik, a dragon coded to be a brown dragon that has almost the same color of the green dragon in WK.
almost the same, but not exactly the same, he has indeed some brown in his green while the WK one is more green.
still i would say that asking to a person that don't know the game "which is the color of draconis?" while showing it on the computer screen 99.9 of the people would answer green, not brown.
also how the genetics works for the dragons is something very uncertain, afaik there is no clue of if the nature of the dragon, the set of abilities he gets, is coded in the same part of his genome that sets his color or different genes set the abilities and the color. i would say that the same set of genes set color and abilities, and in a way that does not allow mixed-breed, a red dragon is always red and always has fire based breath, and we don't see any example of mixed-breed dragon with lets say orange color and a breath that is partially fireball like and partially a high-speed blast of super-heated air and sand.
so even if what i say is highly debatable i would say that a dragon in the FR multiverse has always the color related to his abilities and the way draconis was handled by the developers is at least misleading as a person that has knowledge of the FR lore, but not a knowledge of how he is handled in the game would try, as soon as he sees that is a green dragon, to protect the party against poison instead of using some scroll of protection from acid or other ways to protect against his actual breath.
the green dragon in WK is clearly green and the brown dragon outside the druid stronghold from a very old mod (it was created even before weidu) is clearly brown, so the poor tech is not the reason, it was a poor use of the tools, or a very misleading palette choice, from the original developers without any doubt.

Then its color needs to be fix because it appears to be green.
Genetics. His father is blue , after all.

Because his mother might be brown, thus he got a greenish color?
