IOS version - rod of frost trouble

I add the rod to my quick bar, and when I hit the icon, it pops me into targeting mode. The only way I can get out of targeting mode is to select a weapon, in the middle of a fight that’s not ideal.

If I do a long press a single box appears next to it, but I am unable to select it, nor do I know what the box does.

Any help would be appreciated.

not optimal, but holding down on an empty square on the action bar will exit target mode. I think the iOS version needs some ease-of-use patches since some things are encumbersome.

Hi! We know the current Target Mode might be a bit confusing and we will add a button to get out of it, but in the meantime, you can exit that by touching and holding the screen until the Target Mode is cancelled.
