Mod order question (looking for suggestions)

I just wrapped up my BG1 game and want to migrate over to BG2. However, I also want to try out some new mods on this run, and I'm not sure where to put them in the install order - specifically the Golem Construction mod.

Right now, my list is (in order - updated)

[Quest]
Imoen Forever
Fishing for Trouble
Eilistraee's Song
Innershade
I Shall Never Forget
Ooze's Lounge
Southern Edge
Tangled Isle
Tales of the Deep Gardens
White Queen
Jan's Quest
Unfinished Business

[NPC]
Branwen
Dace Linton
Sarah
Sirene
Tashia
All Things Mazzy
Isra
Evandra
Cross Mod Banters

[Tweak]
Golem Construction
CD Tweaks
SCS

Does this seem like a workable mod order?

Also, I dropped Wings from this install. I had some very odd issues with Aerie on the last run that I would like to avoid - even though it seemed like a very promising mod.

Eilistraee's Song is a quest mod, not an NPC mod.
Imoen4Ever is to be treated as a quest mod and should be installed as soon as possible, so it would be the first on the list. The component structure changed with the newest version, this is only of importance if you also want to install Alternatives Mod or Saerileth (the compatibility component would need to go later).
If you look at the threads at G3 where recently install order was discussed as a community effort: here, here, here, and here you can sort the mods in the best order. In addition, the readmes usually state comments to install order if it's important.

Argh, I should have caught Eilistraee's Song - that one is obvious in hind-sight. Imoen Forever is a bit of a surprise, though. Thanks!

I have already moved Isra and Evandra due to cross-mod content.

Extra question - due to an unpacking issue, I forgot to add Unfinished Business. Does that count as a quest mod?
