Experience cap removal in BG1 with SoD

Does anybody know how, when I have BG1 + SoD installed together, to remove the experience cap for BG1 and let the cap intact for SoD? I remove the cap with CDTTweak. So the easiest way seems to be to install the cap removal as the last mod (I usually install CDTTweak before SCS but it should not cause any problems to install this part after SCS) and to uninstall it when I move to SoD. By this clumsy order I avoid the lengthy process of renistallation of SCS. Or does anybdy know some more elegant way?
